Artist Statement

For years, I gave everything I had to dreams I believed would become my life.

My time. My ambition. My sacrifices. Pieces of myself I thought I would eventually get back.

I chased distant lights, mistook silence for possibility, and convinced myself that every closed door meant I simply had to try harder.

Nobody promised me the world. But somewhere along the way, I convinced myself it was waiting for me.

And while I was busy becoming who I thought I was supposed to be, time kept moving.

One day, I looked around and realized that so many of my tomorrows had quietly become yesterdays.

I couldn't get them back.

So I began turning those experiences into stories.

PINK explores the beautiful worlds we build to protect ourselves from truths we're not ready to face. The castles, the perfect gardens, the realities we carefully construct until we can no longer see what's happening outside their walls.

TIME GOLD confronts the years we spend chasing something just beyond our reach. The cost of ambition. The heartbreak of growing older. And the realization that time is the only gold we can never earn again.

CURRENCY is about accepting what those dreams cost me. Not with bitterness or blame, but with the understanding that I chose the road, even when I couldn't see where it would lead.

These songs weren't born from a desire to become someone else.

They came from finally beginning to understand who I am.

What started as private experiences became words. The words became music. And the music became a world where those experiences could live beyond me.

I don't know how people will receive these stories.

Some may connect with them. Others may not. Maybe someone, somewhere, will hear a lyric and recognize a part of their own life they thought nobody else understood.

That would be enough.

Because this isn't a story about achieving everything I once dreamed of.

It's about discovering that life can still be beautiful when those dreams change.

It's about understanding that the years weren't meaningless simply because they didn't take me where I expected.

It's about making something honest with whatever remains.

My past became poetry. My pain became music. And my story is still being written.

I'm not finished becoming.
